Happy Friday!!
I've been looking forward to today since Saturday! Lol. I'm getting the weekend off and pumped to have some down time. I'm thinking a shopping day for myself is needed! Ok so I thought I would try something new, my "Friday Favorites!" I got the idea from my bestie Molly over on MyLifeAsMollyMac. She's done some of these kinds of posts,which you need to check out! I like seeing what things a person has been loving for the week or that month! It helps me learn about new products I haven't yet tried or find a cute new piece to add to my closet. With all of that being said I thought I would share some of the things I have been loving and new things I've picked up!
I of course had to include the Jaclyn Hill x Morphe palette. I was lucky enough to get my hands on it the first time they released..(shout out to you Erin, true MVP!) and I have been obsessed. All the shadows are so so pigmented and this has been the ONLY thing I've been using on my eyes since I've gotten it. I've been mixing 2 shades, brushing it thru my crease onto the lid and throwing on some mascara and that's been my eye look. If you can, you need to get your hands on it! You won't be disappointed!
Ok, so I've had my eye on the espadrille wedges that EVERY other blogger had. I was not willing to pay the hefty price for them though. Just my luck, JustFab restocked this lookalike and I was stoked! This looks so similar to the more expensive version without the bigger price tag. I just ordered this so these will be making an appearance on the blog soon as well as an update on comfort and sizing. During the summer I LIVE in shorts. I picked up two pairs of these wide-leg shorts back in May and they have been my go to all Summer. I wore them here and here! These shorts can be dressed up or down and look great on many body types. There are still a bunch in stock and at only $6 a pair, you can't beat that! I have a few pairs in my cart I'll be getting! ;)
I own quite a bit of jewelry but don't reach for it everyday. I've been seeing the dainty necklaces trending right now and I've been loving the look. I picked up a few of my own and have been wearing them non-stop! They add just a simple touch to an outfit and really bring a fun girly aspect to any outfit. I love the simplicity of how they look and will definitely be on the lookout for more. I don't see this going out style anytime soon!
I have to throw in a SUPER random item. I like potato chips but I'm not the biggest fan of plain ones. I don't know what it is but I'm not one to go reaching for the basic chips.Lol Well the Munchos chips has changed my mind and my taste buds. I have been LOVING these chips and just finished a bag yesterday. I know, it's a problem and probably and very unhealthy obsession but there's no shame on my end. I love these paired with a tuna fish sandwich. Yet again another random item but the two together make for the best lunch combination!
