Every year everyone talks about getting in shape, losing "x" amount of pounds. Whatever it may be, usually it's because we're aiming for a certain event: Spring Break, Vacations, Summer break! I'm a victim of this, but this year I decided to actually go for my goals of not aiming for a certain body for a certain event but changing my health and lifestyle.

I decided to take the leap and try Advocare! Most people have heard of Advocare but haven't really looked into the company and the great things it can do. I have a few friends who have done Advocare and have gotten really great results; My best-friend Molly for instance, she has done the Advocare 24-Day challenge and kept up with the program and looks great! If that's not motivation to go for it and try it, I don't know what is.

Advocare has a product called Slim which is also known as the Slim Challenge. It comes with a guide to talk you through everything you need to start: Grocery list, recipe ideas/suggestions, a fitness assessment chart, and how you should go about scheduling your meals. The meal guide is really helpful! We always think eating healthy means not getting to still eat good foods but that's wrong. You just have to think differently about what you're eating and what you're putting into your body. another product this is super popular is called Spark! Spark consists of different vitamins, minerals and nutrients that provide a healthy burst of energy. If you're a coffee lover, definitely try spark! I use it right before I go for a workout and I feel like I accomplish more while I'm there.
