Mimi's Cafe!

Happy Friday lovelies!!

The weekend is approaching...I wish I could say I was going to be off relaxing enjoying some down time but I'll be spending it at work. I'm looking forward to Monday when I have my day off! :) Ok, so in my last post I mentioned I went to visit my best friend Molly in North Carolina. She asked if I wanted a birthday brunch or a dinner; I like breakfast foods so obviously I went for the Brunch option. She took me to a place that was one of her favorites throughout her childhood that aren't really in the South. We went to a restaurant called Mimi's Cafe; I LOVED it ALL!! Saturday they have $5 Mimosas; I'm not really a drinker but tried the triple berry mimosa and was blown away! For breakfast I ordered the Salmon omelette and with a blueberry muffin on the side.....guys, BEST omelette of my life! The salmon was cooked to perfection and the muffin was HUGE! They brought it out before my omelette came and I ate every bite. If you're ever near a Mimi's Cafe, make sure you stop in for breakfast! You won't be disappointed!
