Happy Monday!
I had the best weekend. It consisted of a vet visit for Theo, he's now over 5lbs and had his last set of puppy shots. My little boy is growing up! Then a visit to the nail salon for me. I'm pretty sure it has been 2 months since I've gotten my nails done so this was a treat for me! Sunday was even better; a great church service, lunch with friends and off to the movies to see "Dark Tower." I will say I wasn't so sure about seeing that movie but it was AWESOME! If you have the time, this is a must see movie!
So, as most of you should know Molly and I are hosting a $100 Express giftcard giveaway over on our instagrams. There are so many cute new pieces in the store and online all preparing for fall. With today being the LAST day to enter the giveaway, I thought I would share with you one of the pieces I picked up from the store last week that I'm loving. This style of top has been really popular so when I saw this red and white strip version I had to pick it up! It's the perfect amount of "semi" off the shoulder and the tie accentuates your waist. I will say that since this top has a zipper on the side, you need to go up a size from your normal size. I usually wear smalls in tops at Express but got a medium for size reference. I paired this with white jeans and my favorite shoes all summer, these nude low block heeled sandals. I finished the look with this pretty and simple cross necklace and hoop earrings.
