I hope you all are having a great week so far! I'm so excited to share this awesome festival that's coming back for the second year in a row, the Second Annual PeachFest that's happening THIS Sunday, July 29th from 4-7! I got to attend this festival last year (check out last years post here) as VIP and it was so much fun! This festival makes all of your Georgia peach dreams come true. There are a variety of different vendors at the event that share their take on different peach treats, from pizza, ice-cream to even alcohol. You're bound to find something you'll like. One of my favorite things from last year was obviously dessert related...peach infused ice-cream with cherry and raspberry syrup as well as amaretto cookies mixed in. Talk about a sweet treat, I almost went back for seconds. There are two different ticket types: General admission and VIP. If you choose to be VIP you get to go to the event an hour early before everyone else as well as enjoy the VIP lounge where you can start with a private wine tasting of cellared wines that a part of the Silent Auction while mingling with chefs, winemakers and farmers.
The Festival is in Downtown Atlanta at FlatIronCity. This festival is also amazing because they raise money for a cause; learn more about that here! This is a family friendly event and if you have children, if they are 12 and under they get in for free. If you're interested in going to this event they're offering 50% off ticket prices!
