Happy Monday guys!!
After spending 4 days sick in the bed, I am FULLY rested and ready to tackle this work week!! Boy oh boy...it was rough having to sit still and literally do NOTHING!! I had plans for the weekend that I had to cancel so that I could really let my body recover and get the rest I needed. In a way I'm glad my own body slowed me down because who knows when I would have done it myself. Although being confined to my bed sucked, I do think that Theo appreciated all the time I spent at home and all the play time we got in this weekend lol. I want to share with you guys one of the most simple outfits but also one of my favorites because of how versatile all the pieces are individually. I threw this look together a couple weekends ago on a Sunday when we had warm weather here in GA but I still wanted to layer when it cooled down. This #OOTD shirt is one of my favs to throw on and go. I've had it for a year now and always get questions on it. My favorite is from people who ask, "What does OOTD stand for?!"...lol that happens A LOT! Lol I decided to tuck it into these basic flowy black shorts. I have these shorts in three other colors, that's how much I love them. They're a great closet staple for the Spring and Summer and you can dress them up or down. (I wore the blue pair here, the pink pair here and the black/white stripe here on my graduation day!) You all have seen this oversized cardigan here before and I absolutely love it! It keeps we warm but isn't too heavy! My exact cardigan is sold out so I've linked something similar. My FAVORITE part of this outfit is the shoes! These cute cheetah print flats are perfect for Spring. I love the ankle strap and these are on sale for only $13. I'm a true 8.5 and got a size 9 and they fit perfectly!! So definitely snag you a pair before they're gone!
