This weekend I got the chance to get away and enjoy some girl time. My best friend Molly's birthday is Tuesday so this weekend was all about celebrating her! She really wanted to go to the winery on Saturday so that was the plan for the day. The weather turned out to be gorgeous so it was the perfect day to go. We went to "City Scape Winery" in Pelzer, SC. I'm not much a wine person....let's be honest, I'm not a wine person at all but I agreed to go for the experience and since it was something Molly wanted to do. On this particular day they had the Girl Scouts there selling cookies; they took different Girl Scout cookies and paired each one with a different wine. Surprising enough I found two different wines that I actually liked and really enjoyed. I love the raspberry white zin, it was AMAZING! Hands down my favorite of the day. Deb, one of the owners was so nice with helping us get settled in as well as serving some of the wine. You have the option to order a glass after the tasting and you can even purchase a bottle to take home. We got to take our wine glasses home and I purchased two boxes of Girl Scout cookies...(we demolished one box while we were there! #noshame). City Scape Winery is such a hidden gem but a nice little getaway from the city. If you're ever in South Carolina you need to make this one of your stops!!

Looks like such a fun time! I've always wanted to try a wine-girl scout paring event. Love your shirt by the way!
