Happy Monday! I had the best weekend; I actually had the whole weekend off!! This does not happen often so I took full advantage to sleep in and get a lot of work done for the blog. I have some really cool content coming your way so stay tuned. I wanna share one of my favorite skirts that I've gotten recently; this plaid mini skirt from Express. I love a good mini skirt and plaid has been everywhere this season. I wanted to incorporate the trend in a subtle way that still stuck with my personal style. I paired the skirt with this plum long sleeve; the lace up detail on the sleeves add a little something extra. I decided to pair this skirt with this color top instead of a cream or red since it goes against the obvious choice and shows how it compliments the colors in the plaid. I've been loving these thigh-high boots. I have always struggled with finding the perfect pair that stayed up my leg and didn't fall down; these are those!! They fit so nice and are so comfortable which is really important in a shoe. If you can find a heel that is cute AND comfortable, you've found a gem. My jewelry is the finishing touch to my outfit. I love the look of the Cartier jewelry but what average person has the money to drop on just ONE bracelet let alone three?! Well I found these inspired by bracelets and I'm in love. I chose rose gold since that is my favorite metal and compliments my skin tone. With Black Friday coming up, I'm sure all of these items are bound to go on sale so keep your eye out and I'll be sure to update you when they do!
