Makeup...Who doesn't love it?!
I love how it transforms your look or just adds a little something extra. I get a lot of questions about what kind of makeup products I use on a daily basis, so I thought I'd share it all with you today. This is going to a little lengthy but I want to give you my true thoughts on everything and how it works for me and my skin.

First off, I have SUPER dry skin, so before I apply any makeup I put on products that's really going to hydrate my skin. I don't want my makeup looking cakey so this is a vital step for me whether I'm wearing makeup or not. If you wanna see a post about my affordable holy grail skin care products let me know!

FACE

E.L.F Primer: This primer is very comparable to other high end primers. You're definitely not going to break the bank on this one! It smoothes out the skin, fills in any pores and fine lines and creates a smooth canvas for your foundation.
Maybelline Fit Me Dewy & Smooth Foundation: This is my FAVORITE drugstore foundation; I've probably repurchased this about 6 times, it's that good. I've tried the Matte and Poreless version of this foundation too and I like it as well. This is a medium to full coverage foundation and easily buildable. I'm in the shade #330. This really pairs well with the primer I mentioned above.

L.A Girl Pro Concealer: These are a must for me everyday; even if I'm just doing minimal makeup to run out the door and run errands, I'm most likely wearing these. I have the shade fawn and the yellow corrector. I layer them to highlight my face and add some dimension. I use the yellow shade in the NYX Contour palette to set that concealer so it keeps that brightness!

NYX HD Studio Photogenic Finishing Powder: Setting your foundation is not a necessity but it definitely helps for lasting power. I love this powder! It doesn't leave a white cast when applied and it creates an airbrush look.

E.L.F Brow Pencil: Eyebrows are my thing! If I'm not wearing anything else, filling in my eyebrows in the slightest makes me feel put together. Our eyebrows frame our face and really pull our look together. This is a really inexpensive product that gets the job done. I outline my brows and do slight brush strokes to create a natural look. If I'm going more glam, I add a matte brown shadow to darken them up and appear thicker.

Black Radiance True Complexion Contour Palette: I own this in the light to medium shade and this works wonders. It's nice because you get a sculpting powder, a contour powder and a highlighter all in the same product. It's especially great for travel since it's a 3 in 1 product. There's a medium to dark version of this as well for my ladies with darker skin. If you're just running out the door you can dust one of the sculpt or contour shades through your crease for a simple eye look and pop on some mascara.

E.L.F Blush Palette: There's a light and dark version of this palette as well as a cream. I use the dark! This comes with four colors, three of which are matte. I tend to lean more towards matte blushes and leave the sparkle to my highlighter. They provide a nice wash of color, last a long time and it's very affordable!

Technic Get Gorgeous Bronzing Highlighting Powder: This was a product I sort of stumbled upon. I was perusing through a website and decided to look at their beauty products. I saw this highlighter and decided to give it a try. It's one of the most pigmented highlighters I have ever used! It took me by surprise; it's definitely up there as far as quality and pigmentation of higher end products. I like to layer this with the Wet n' Wild MegaGlo Illuminating Palette.

EYES
Morphe 350 Palette: This is easily hands down one of my favorite eye shadow palettes of all time! I'm a sucker for warm neutral colors and this feeds my soul. Lol. There are different versions of this palette (Shimmer, Matte, and Mixture of both), I have the mixture. There are more mattes than shimmer but I prefer it that way. I use this on a daily basis. The colors blend really well and they're very pigmented. If you can get your hands on this, I highly recommend it!

Wet n'Wild ProLine Felt Tip Eyeliner: Have you ever tried an eyeliner where when you apply you it's not super dark? Well this product is the complete opposite. It applies super dark and that's something I look for. This eyeliner helps me create the perfect wing, well almost perfect (it's a process lol).

Maybelline Lash Sensational Luscious Mascara: I'm VERY picky when it comes to mascaras. I've tried dozens but I always tend to go back to my drugstore mascara. Maybelline to me, hands down has the best mascaras. I like for my lashes to be lengthened and appear thicker. This really coats my lashes and creates a dramatic effect depending on how many coats I apply. I like to pair this mascara with the Wet n'Wild mascara primer. The primer adds length and makes my lashes appear fuller after mascara has been applied.

Smashbox Photo Finish Primer Water: After I'm all done applying my products, I like to set my face. You definitely don't have to do this but I feel this helps my makeup last all day. I've tried applying it before starting my makeup but I prefer it to set everything once I'm done. This is the most expensive product I use on a daily basis but there is a travel size version of this for a fraction of the cost.

SWEATSHIRT: Christmas gift (similar here & here) / BOOTS: A year old (similar here & here) / SUNGLASSES: Amazon
