Over the past few years I've started to simplify my Fall outfits with sticking to more solids and finding pieces that are really versatile and can be worn so many ways. I'm finding these tend to hold better and have more longevity in my wardrobe. I wanted to share this outfit I put together featuring a few new pieces I've shared with you guys over the past couple of weeks along with a few items that have remained constants in my wardrobe and personal style. I shared this long sleeve top with you guys on my Instagram as well as in my work wear post that you can find here. I love how soft this top is and it comes in a variety of colors expanding the color options for everyones style. It's super affordable and this would transition great into Winter for extra layering and into the early Spring months. I'm obviously ignoring the rule of "No white after Labor Day"....yea that doesn't apply to me. Have you ever heard of Winter white? If not well you're hearing it here now! You can TOTALLY wear white in the Fall and Winter; I actually prefer it during these months more because it makes everything look so crisp and it breaks up the colors of an outfit. This skirt is one of my favorite styles from Express, I own this in four different colors that I've collected over the past couple of years. I had to add these shoes because these are a recent favorite of mine; sock booties! I own a pair of red that I loved from last year but when I saw these, I knew they needed a home in my wardrobe. I love that these are a neutral color and allow for much more variety than the red pair. These are really comfortable and I've worn them to work all day with no problem. These do fit TTS for reference so I'm wearing my normal size 8.5. I finished off the look with a pair of all black sunglasses and these super inexpensive hoops from Target. I've been wearing these non-stop since I got them and they're not heavy on the ear.
